Further Information, I am calling "gwProfile.CreateProfile"

It seems that no matter what I send (other than blank) for the RaceID parameter, the following gets returned:

Error Creating Profile: The specified Race does not exist.
Error creating applicant:50000

Does anybody have any idea what it is looking for? The documentation doesn't provide any guidance...
